Practical recommendations focused on safety and finishing your race.
Moisture-wicking socks are a practical choice for both short races and training.
For a half marathon or longer, fueling every 30-45 minutes can help maintain pace late in the race.
A race belt avoids bib pins, and a model with gel loops makes fueling easier.
For long outdoor runs, prioritize light lenses and a stable fit.
Check whether your selected lens option is photochromic or polarized before purchasing.
Dallim may receive a commission through Coupang Partners and AliExpress affiliate links. Check price, delivery, sizing, and the race's mandatory-gear rules before purchasing.
