Gear
Practical recommendations focused on safety and finishing your race.
Lightweight racing poles for experienced users. This link selects the 105 cm option; check the length and whether your race permits poles.
A fixed-length model, unlike the adjustable FLZ. Check the length, package contents, and whether your race permits poles.
Choose 4 L, 8 L or 12 L. Make sure the size fits all of the race's required gear.
