Sundays Aren't for Jjapagetti.
They're for LSD.
The plan was 25 km; reality was 18.51. I looked after two companions and walked at times, but kept moving for three hours from the neighbourhood to the Han River. The distance fell short, while the time goal was met.

Sunday, September 20. Sundays are not for Jjapagetti; they are for LSD. The plan was 25 km, but I covered 18.51 km. The session lasted exactly three hours. I was 6.49 km short of the distance target, yet the purpose was partly achieved as time-on-feet training. There was walking in the middle, of course. Run, walk, then run again.
Two partners joined today's adventure. I could not think only about my own pace as I would on a solo run, and looking after both of them was not easy. Still, we started in the neighbourhood and reached the Han River. The 25 km number will have to wait, but the experience of spending three hours on the road remains.
Distance left to run · km
September now stands at 108.72 km. There are 41.28 km left to the minimum target of 150 km and 91.28 km to the maximum of 200 km. Suddenly cramming distance into the final days might complete the number before the body reaches the finish. I will secure the 150 km floor first, then keep moving toward 200 as my body allows. This month's first finish line is at least 150 km.
